This can typically occur if you have too many Visual, Video or Graphic related programs open at that point of time. You may also face this problem if you are using an old Video card and your Video Driver is not compatible with your Windows OS.

Here are a few things you can do to fix this issue.

1] Restart Graphics Driver

Restart Graphics Driver and see if it helps.

Use the key combination Win+Ctrl+Shift+B on your Windows 10/8 keyboard. The screen flickers and goes black for a second, and will be back in less than a second.
