OK, so we’ve been using ProgDVB for quite some time, and from what we’ve seen, it’s a fairly decent tool for watching TV channels. The thing is, users should not go in expecting to have a smooth time, because the experience won’t turn out very well.

The problem is, a lot of the streams we tested did not work, while the ones that do are primarily news and music channels. Now that’s fine because it’s illegal to stream movie channels for free, but not so much when it comes down to the news.

Users should keep in mind that ProgDVB lacks an intuitive user interface, therefore, things could come off as confusing. Furthermore, we recommend having a broadband connection at home for better chances of streaming a channel for long periods.

How to watch TV on PC or laptop using ProgDVB

1] Channel List
