There are many security configurations of a third-party antivirus that can interfere with your network. So, go to their setting and see if there’s any such configuration that can hinder your network connection. Now, retry connecting your computer to the Mobile Hotspot and see if the issue is fixed.

4] Reset DNS Cache, TCP/IP, and Winsock

If you are not able to fix the issue with these solutions, you can try flushing DNS Cache, resetting TCP/IP, and Winsock to fix the issue.
