(Network error: There is a problem connecting to Netflix)。
(Netflix)
2]重置(Reset)Netflix for (Netflix)Windows应用程序
Network error, There is a problem connecting to Netflix
When trying to сonnect to Netflix, you may, at times, see an error message – Network error: There is a problem connecting to Netflix. This issue is faced even when you try to use the Netflix app for Windows 10.
There is a problem connecting to Netflix
There could be many reasons for this error. The problem could be with the network, Netflix’s server, the Netflix app for Windows, or the device itself. Before you begin, we suggest you check that you have a working internet connection.
- Check if Netflix is working in the browser
- Reset the Netflix for Windows app
- Disable any VPN or proxy which you are using to access Netflix
- Power-cycle the network
To start with, restart the computer and check if it helps solve the problem. If not, proceed with the following solutions sequentially to resolve the problem:
1] Check if Netflix is working in the browser
Try opening Netflix.com and signing in to your account on the browser itself. Should the website work fine, it would mean that both the Netflix server and the internet connection work fine. If you get the same error on the website upon trying to sign in, the issue could either be with the Netflix server or your account.
If the website doesn’t open at all, try opening other websites to test the internet connection.
2] Reset the Netflix for Windows app
If the Netflix website worked fine, the issue could be with the Netflix for Windows app. You could reset the App as follows:
Click on the Start button and go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
Scroll to the Netflix app in the list and click on it to expand the options.
Select Advanced options.
In the next window, scroll to the option Reset and click on it to reset the Netflix app.
3] Disable any VPN or proxy which you are using to access Netflix
Many users use VPNs to access Netflix in different regions. Netflix is cracking down on such services. Thus, if you are using a VPN connection, please disable it to use Netflix. The procedure to disable proxy settings is as follows:
Click on the Start button and go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy. Check the option for Automatically detect settings.
Scroll down to the field for Manual proxy setup. Uncheck the option for Use a proxy server.

- Now switch ON the modem and wait till all the lights on the modem are stable.
- Now switch ON the router and wait till all the lights on the router are stable.
- Finally, switch on the computer and launch the Netflix app.
