How to Delete Videos on TikTok
Found old videos that you don’t need on your TikTok account? Follow this step-by-step guide to get rid of them once and for all. The instructions are similar for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS users.
- Open the TikTok app on your device.
- On mobile, in the bottom-right corner of the screen, select Profile to open your TikTok profile. On desktop, in the top right corner, select your profile icon > View profile to open your profile page.
- On your page, you’ll see an entire list of videos you published on TikTok.
- Select the video you want to delete to open it in full-screen mode.
- Select the three dots icon to open the Menu (on mobile, in the lower-right corner; on desktop, in the upper-right corner).
- Select the Delete option (on mobile, swipe left through the options to find the trashcan icon with the Delete button underneath).
- In the pop-up window, select Delete to confirm.
If your TikTok settings allow other TikTok users to download your videos, your deleted TikTok video might resurface on the platform.
