首先(First),右键单击或按住系统托盘中的(system tray)时间和日期按钮(time and date button),然后单击或点击上下文菜单中的"Adjust date/time"。
(Date & time)向下滚动到“相关设置(Related settings)”部分,然后单击或点击“为不同时区添加时钟("Add clocks for different time zones)”。
提示:到达(TIP:)“日期和时间”窗口的“("Date and Time")附加时钟(Additional Clocks)”选项卡的另一种方法是打开“控制面板(Control Panel)” ,转到“时钟和区域("Clock and Region)”,然后单击或点击“添加不同时区的时钟("Add clocks for different time zones")” “日期和时间”("Date and Time")部分。
我们选择了英国的(United Kingdom)时区(time zone)- (UTC + 00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London。

How to add clocks to the taskbar's notification area in Windows 10
If you need to keep in touch with people from different time zones, you can add up to two more clocks to the Windows 10 taskbar to quickly check the time in their part of the world. This also comes in handy if you are traveling, as it allows you to schedule calls, meetings, and tasks without having to remember or search for the corresponding time zone. This tutorial shows what to do in order to view the current time for other parts of the world straight from the notification area in Windows 10's taskbar:
NOTE: The features presented are available in Windows 10 November 2019 Update or newer. If you are using an older version of Windows 10, you might not have access to all the features. Check your Windows 10 build and, if necessary, get the latest Windows 10 update available.
How to add one or two clocks to Windows 10 taskbar's notification area
Configuring Windows 10 to show additional clocks on the taskbar's notification area is easy. First, right-click or press-and-hold on the time and date button from the system tray, and then click or tap on "Adjust date/time" from the contextual menu.
This opens the Date & time tab from the Time & Language settings. Scroll down to the Related settings section and click or tap on "Add clocks for different time zones."
In the "Date and Time" window, you are taken to the Additional Clocks tab. This is where you can add two additional clocks using the "Show this clock" checkboxes.
TIP: An alternative way of reaching the Additional Clocks tab of the "Date and Time" window is to open the Control Panel, go to "Clock and Region," and then click or tap on "Add clocks for different time zones" from the "Date and Time" section.
To enable an extra clock, you need to check the "Show this clock" checkbox. You can add either or both of the additional clocks, but the process is the same. Click or tap on the box.
You can now edit the other options for this clock. Click or tap on the arrow next to the "Select time zone" field (or on the field itself) to open a dropdown menu. Scroll through the available options and select your desired time zone. We chose the time zone for the United Kingdom - (UTC + 00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London.
In the "Enter display name" field, you have the option to rename your extra clock to something less generic than the default Clock 1. Type in a suggestive name, like the name of the country or the city that you are interested in - we wrote United Kingdom.
If you want to add a second additional clock to your taskbar, check the second "Show this clock" box. Then, select the time zone - in our case, (UTC + 05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi - and type in a name for that clock - we entered India. If you uncheck the box for one of the extra clocks, the time zone is no longer displayed, but Windows 10 remembers your settings. This lets you enable each clock when you need it, without having to redo the settings every time. When you are done, click or tap on either OK or Apply, and your clock(s) can now be consulted from the system tray.
TIP: If you need to keep an eye on more than 3 time zones at one time, read How to pin the time for multiple cities on the Windows 10 Start Menu.
How to check the additional clocks from the notification area in Windows 10
To quickly check the extra clock(s) you added, hover the mouse cursor over the time and date displayed in the system tray. A tooltip shows the additional time zone(s) you are interested in, alongside the Local time. In our scenario, we used the United States Pacific Time as our local time and the previously added United Kingdom and India time zones for the additional clocks.
You can also click or tap on the time and date displayed in your taskbar's notification area to open a pane. The extra clock(s) you want to keep an eye on are shown under the local time at the top of the pane.

Why do you need additional clocks?
We use additional clocks whenever we're traveling or if we're working on projects with collaborators from different time zones. This spares us the painful effort of having to convert time manually whenever we want to make a call or schedule a meeting. What about you?
