How to Rename a Hyperlink in Microsoft Outlook

Rename a Hyperlink in the Outlook Desktop App
You can rename the hyperlink text in an email in the Outlook desktop app relatively quickly.
- Right-click the hyperlink. In the context menu, click Edit Hyperlink.
