How to Make Internet Explorer Your Default Browser in Windows 8.1

How to Start Both Versions of Internet Explorer in Windows 8.1

To do this, you must open Internet Explorer on the Desktop. Then, click or tap the Tools icon in the top right corner of the window and open the Tools menu.

Click or tap Internet Options in the menu to open the window with the same name.
