此错误的原因

Windows中支持TLS 1.1和 1.2的安全通道(Secure Channel)( Schannel ) 组件可能已被禁用。在Windows 7中，默认情况下不启用这些协议版本。

要解决此问题，您必须配置相关的注册表设置，以确保Microsoft Office应用程序可以成功使用TLS 1.1和 1.2。

如何修复此 Office 365 错误

开始之前，请备份注册表(back up the registry)或创建系统还原点。

接下来，运行微软提供的(Microsoft)Easy Fix 51044工具。该工具添加了对DefaultSecureProtocols 注册表项的支持。这使系统管理员能够指定在使用WINHTTP_OPTION_SECURE_PROTOCOLS 标志时应使用 哪些SSL协议。(SSL)

此修复程序还可以使某些使用“WinHTTP”默认标志而构建的应用程序能够本机使用较新的TLS 1.2或TLS 1.1协议，而无需使用应用程序更新。

Easy修复还在以下注册表位置添加了安全协议，以帮助为 Internet Explorer 启用TLS  1.1(Internet Explorer)和(TLS 1.1)1.2 。

对于TLS 1.1，注册表(Registry)位置是： 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > SecurityProviders > SCHANNEL > Protocols > TLS 1.1 > Client

DWORD 名称：  DisabledByDefault
DWORD 值：  0

对于TLS 1.2，注册表(Registry)位置是： 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > SecurityProviders > SCHANNEL > Protocols > TLS 1.2 > Client
