As we all should know, there is a new Facebook design and it looks great. At least, from our point of view. Now, after looking at the design, you may be wondering how to do some of the things you’ve always done. Worry not, we’ve got the sauce right here to help with that problem.

OK, so we like the new design of Facebook, but if you want to create a new post, things won’t be as they were. The same goes for when you want to create a new page, story, and more. It’s just different, so we suspect many folks will be a little bit confused about this.

How to create content in the new Facebook design

Facebook has got a new design. We show you how to create a new Facebook Post, Facebook Stories, Life Events, Facebook Page, Group, and Events. It looks much better now with the new design. However, when creating content, the task is a little different. Read on to learn how to do what you’ve always been doing.

1] How to create a new Facebook post

Creating a new post is super easy. At the top right-corner, you should see your profile picture and name. Beside it, there is a plus-looking icon, so simply click on it, then select Post from the dropdown menu to create a new post for your live feed.

A new window should now appear with all the things you need to get that post up and running.

2] How to create Facebook Stories

Facebook users have long enjoyed the ability to create a Story and share it with friends and family. This feature is still around in the new Facebook design. Again, simply click on the same plus icon, then from the dropdown menu, select Story and that’s it.

3] How to create Facebook Life Events

So, something important happened in your life and you feel the need to share the details with people you connect with on Facebook. To get the job done, please select the plus icon once more, then click on Life Event from the dropdown menu.

After that, a window should appear with several categories to choose from. Select the one that means the most to you and move on from there. It’s quite simple, really, so we do not expect users to have too many problems with it.

4] Create a Facebook Page, Group, or Event

There might come a time when one feels the need to create a Facebook Page for whatever reasons. Maybe it has much to do with business, or something personal.

When the time comes, please select the plus icon again, and look for the word, Page.

If you want to create a Group or Event instead, then simply look below Page to find those options.
