BONUS: Choose how long you want to defer Windows 10 feature and quality updates in older versions
In older versions of Windows 10 Pro, Education, or Enterprise up to November 2019 Update, you can defer feature updates for up to 365 days (one year). In “Settings > Update & Security > Advanced options,” scroll until you find a section called “Choose when updates are installed.” It should be right under the Pause updates section.
